Purchase Policy for Custom Items – Pre-Payment Requirement

Thank you for choosing SymplyCrafty for your custom needs. To ensure a seamless ordering process and to initiate the production of your personalized items, we have outlined our pre-payment policy below.

1. Pre-Payment Requirement:

  • All custom orders placed through our website require full pre-payment before the order can be processed and production initiated.

2. Order Confirmation:

  • Upon placing your order through our website and our review, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase, including the total amount due and payment instructions.

3. Accepted Payment Methods:

  • We accept the following forms of payment for pre-payment:
    • Zelle
    • Venmo
    • PayPal
    • Cash (In person)

4. Payment Security:

  • SymplyCrafty takes the security of your payment information seriously. We utilize industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your sensitive data.

5. Processing Your Order:

  • Your custom order will be processed and production will commence only after we have received and verified your pre-payment.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations:

  • Any changes or cancellations to your order must be communicated to us within 6 hours of placing the order. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible, and the pre-payment may be non-refundable.

7. Confirmation of Pre-Payment:

  • You will receive a confirmation email once we have successfully processed your pre-payment. This email will serve as confirmation that your order is in production.

8. Production and Shipping Timelines:

  • The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Processing time is different from shipping, this is solely based on the time we need to complete your order. Shipping time is not included in processing time. Every tumbler gets a minimum of 4 coats of epoxy (sometimes more depending on design) with each coat needing proper curing time. Please be aware that once your package leaves our hands, we have no control over any delays or other inquiries with the carrier. 

9. Tax Information:

  • Sales tax will be applied to orders based on the applicable state and local tax rates. The total amount due, including taxes and any applicable fees, will be detailed in your order confirmation.

10. Refund Policy:

  • Please refer to our return/refund policy for information regarding refunds and returns.

Custom Item Return/Refund Policy

At Symply Crafty, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom order, we have outlined our return policy below to make the process as straightforward as possible. Your satisfaction is VERY important to us, so we will strive to make every order right! However, please note if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your personalized details, messages/note to the seller before sending your order.

WE DO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If your package couldn’t be delivered due to insufficient address or for any other reasons and the package is returned back to us, we will re-ship the package for you after you have pay the $5 re-shipment fee. ***Please DO NOT pay the fee until we have informed you via email that we have the package in our possession.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the custom cups must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

2. Customization Issues:

  • In the rare event that there is an error with the customization (e.g., incorrect color, design, or personalization), SymplyCrafty takes full responsibility, and a replacement or refund will be provided promptly.

3. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products. If, however, your custom cups arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including custom cups that have been used, damaged due to customer negligence or are not in their original packaging.

5. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] , Provide your name, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
  • We will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping address.
  • Please ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

6. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned custom cups, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 3 business days.

7. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a customization error, defect, or damage caused during shipping.

8. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange your custom cups for a different size, color, or design, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. We strive to create high quality products, however, keep in mind these are handcrafted products. Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to workplace environment. Because our products are handmade, NO ONE ITEM WILL LOOK THE SAME even if it is the same design.
